Men and women who complete the 18-month program successfully are awarded two degrees. First, they earn the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Rochester. It is the same degree they would receive if they studied full-time in the United States. The degree has a high reputation in Switzerland as well as in the rest of the world. Second, they receive the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Universität Bern, a university with a long and distinguished reputation in economics.
